Southampton Boat Show

The 2005 Southampton Boat Show is retaining the site and layout of the 2004 show, a site that was 20% bigger than the 2003 show.

This is because the development of West Quay Phase III has been delayed and will now begin in October 2005, meaning that the new layout will kick in for the 2006 show.

Paul Streeter, Managing Director, National Boat Shows, said: "We have been told about this change to the development schedule in plenty of time. All existing Solent Hall exhibitors will be informed of the change immediately and will be able to base their plans for next year's the show on the floor plan and exhibition layout of the 2004 site. We will however be expanding the marina and including a third bridge, providing access and egress to Solent Park."
