| As part of the deal, Ex Aqua, which is based in London, will market and distribute the Astus 20.1 and the Astus 16.1 trimarans on the British market, the latter of which was launched in July this year.
"The Astus 20.1 and the recently released Astus 16.1 trimarans have proved very popular in France, our home market, and the British market is an important milestone for our growth," says Jean-Hubert Pommois, managing director of Astusboats. "We are looking forward to working with Ex Aqua to develop this market."
According to Claire Guignabaudet, principal of Ex Aqua: "Due to their light weight and ease of handling, the Astus 16.1 and Astus 20.1 have a great potential as family dayboats. We strongly believe that they will be very welcome in the British and Irish markets, where families will appreciate their versatility and low cost of ownership." |
