The 90s proved this partnership to be fruitful. During this period Secodi grew from a single workshop in Nantes, France, to a multi-site company, increasing its geographical coverage. After twenty-five years of partnership, Perkins appointed Secodi as sole national distributor in 2003. It was the first time Perkins awarded such a title to one of its European distributors.
How bright will the future of the Secodi Perkins relationship be? They share two main objectives for the next ten years: increase the level of commitment towards environmentally-friendly technologies, and bet on future geographical expansion. Jacques Fetis asserts: "further concentration is to be expected in the distribution field".
Jacques Fetis spared no efforts to set up solid foundations for the Secodi group, elaborating a skillful strategy which leads more than 240 employees towards a bright and developing future.
