| ... Sunreef 102 Double Decker ordered in June 2007, the in-house design team has developed a new, stunning project of a fast, performant and luxury multihull, Sunreef 106 Sailing.
The preliminary project of a 100 footer has been customized and extended up to 106 feet by our Naval Architects in order to satisfy our European client's wishes who decided to increase the size of Sunreef 100 yet to keep the general aspect and exterior outlines of it for his new yacht.
As usual, the interior design results of a close cooperation between the Sunreef in-house design team and the owner.
The Modern Style by Sunreef will consist of numerous elements such as: light-coloured upholstery, bamboo veenering applied on wooden furniture, teak floor on both outdoor and indoors floors, glass table tops and furniture elements as well as walls between the saloon and the galley and large panoramic windows in the saloon and cabins which will enhance the impression of space, largerness and lightness of the vessel, to name but a few.
The interesting feature will certainly be a sort of an 'island' separating the galley and the saloon. That would be a vertical platform able to fit lots of equipment on both sides, such as microvawes, electric furnace and steam oven on the side of the galley and the impressive entertaining system composed of 40 inches LCD television, DVD player, Hi-Fi system on the side of the living room.
The owner suit will be of an extraordinary luxury thanks to the best materials and elegant outlines combined with spaciousness and utility of all features.
"Sunreef Yachts has been receiving lately many inquiries concerning large custom yachts. The idea of manufacturing this kind of boats was there from the beginning of the shipyard and we are very satisfied to go in the right direction. With two first superyachts due to be launched in the next few years, we will reach our aims to be reckognizable as a constructor of big lcustom made yachts that happen to be multihulls", says Nicolas Lapp, Sunreef's vice-president.
